The location is fantastic, situated close to all major attractions in the heart of the city and near great dining options.

We truly enjoyed our 4-night stay. the hotel gave us a double room with a balcony. the room had useful facilities like an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk.

A comfortable hotel, my first choice in Rome. Incredible base for 4 nights. Magnificent and stunning location including a bus station nearby the place. Nearby Etabli - great place to chill out. Luxury double room with a balcony. Very very helpful people working here: )

I loved the location of Capitals Luxury River, it was within walking distance to all the major attractions in Rome. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, beautiful and clean. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks like the beds occasionally separating and the lack of staff interaction, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and great location. I had a wonderful stay at Capitals Luxury River.

Great location, just a short walk to major tourist attractions such as the Pantheon and Vatican. Comfortable and spacious rooms, with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep.Excellent response time from staff, especially through the WhatsUp app.

Inadequate cooling system in the rooms, fans were not sufficient and air conditioning seemed ineffective. Lack of cleanliness and broken curtains in some rooms.

I recently stayed at Capitals Luxury River in Rome for a few days. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to both the city center and Vatican City, yet still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Checking in online was hassle-free, and the staff, reachable through WhatsApp, was always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The housekeeper was particularly helpful when we had trouble with our key.
